The fireball of Appleton

A fireball appeared in the sky and fell on Appleton in Wisconsin in the north of the USA. This happened on Feb 6 2017 early in the morning at about 1 :25 am

So was it a comet (which is a flaming mass coming as a big spark hurled out of the sun with a great speed, or was it a celestial rock or a meteorite which is a
cold object then after friction with the atmosphere it inflamed

In this video it is obvious that it was very cold and the ground was covered with ice; the comet has a predilection to fall on the frozen and cold regions of the earth
