A fireball appeared in the sky of the city of Murmanks in the north of Russia, the last night after midnight at 2:10 AM, and was caught by the dash-cam



This was almost a comet or part of a comet, for the following reasons
It caused a sharp light which lit the region
.Second: it came toward the cold region in the earth like the north of Russia

, Fireballs like this one almost always come towards the frozen and cold regions of the earth like the Arctica and Antarctica
