Lake Vostok under the ice of the Antarctica

Some important points about the Vostok lake

The Russians may recently dug under the Arctica to reach the underground lake of Vostok with its liquid water.

The origin of its water
may be the percolation of the ice on the surface of the earth above; it is like the percolation of the ice on mountain tops to issue as water srings on the slopes of mountains and in the valleys below

>> Such percolation may be from the periphery ofthe Antarctica at spring and summer season, and then it will reach to this underground depression: the lake.

>> Or the pressure of the heaped up ice in theArctica will cause the melting of some ice in the lower layers of this heapedice.
>> In such instances, the water will be almost sweat water.

The temperature will relatively be warmbecause:
>> it is faraway from the frozen sufrace above.
>> it is near to the hot core of the earth: likethe hot water springs.

Life forms will certainly be present there, in the form of microbes: bacteria and some algae and fungi; and may be there are some simple animals: like worms, snails, and frogs.

Of course, high trees and large animals cannot exist there.

وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاء كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ

The explanation:

See that even the big meteorites near to the Earth may have water, and so they may include some plants and small animals.

This lake is situated under the ice of the Antarctica: the South Polar Continent.

Can scientists construct an underground base for scientific researches in the Antarctica; it may be not so called in an underground cavern near that lake, and may take advantage from its sweet warm water for many benefits!?

Just an idea: Could they use some boats on that lake, if there is some space above it, to use it as transport there in that region.
But of course, such a thing now is very difficult; because such digging is very difficult, and they took a considerable long time: these decades to reach the lake.

I think it may be reasonable to instruct an underground base in the Antarctica near this lake; and the underground may be of course warmer than the bitter freezing above which may reach 89 degrees centigrade on the surface.
